Shipping & Returns

Orders for items other than subscriptions are normally despatched from stock within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) using second-class post (UK) or Airmail (International). From time to time, however, delays in despatch can occur, and we don't send out any post on Saturdays or Sundays. If you have particular requirements regarding delivery times, please let us know and we will advise our expected despatch date and can discuss priority delivery services. Where possible, if we are out of stock of any items we will supply part orders and hold balances of orders until new stocks arrive - if you have particular requirements regarding delivery times, please let us know and we will advise our expected despatch date and can discuss priority delivery services. You may cancel any undelivered orders at any time if you prefer not to wait. Please note that some of the earlier back issues are printed on receipt of order, and may take a little longer to send than usual.

UK Shipping

UK Second-Class Postage is FREE for all UK orders.

Please be aware that unless you discuss and accept a priority delivery service (at extra cost), we are unable to guarantee delivery times. In addition, we are unable to investigate delayed deliveries for 21 days (UK) though in many cases delayed items are actually at local sorting offices so you should check at your local office if your order hasn't arrived within 7 days. Please note that at busy times (particularly near Christmas), deliveries can take longer than usual, so please order in plenty of time.

International Shipping

European Orders are charged a fixed shipping cost of £2.95 per order (up to 1kg). Heavier orders will incur a surcharge which will be notified to you for approval before postage. Radiophile subscriptions will incur a postage charge of £10 total per 4 issues.

Other International Orders are charged a fixed shipping cost of £4.95 per order (up to 1kg). Heavier orders will also incur a surcharge which will be notified to you for approval before postage. Radiophile subscriptions will incur a postage charge of £15 total per 4 issues.

Non-EU orders may be subject to customs and duties (taxes) which are payable, by you, upon receipt of the order. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, nor are we able to estimate what they would be as they vary from country to country. You may want to check with your local Customs Department for more information or for an estimate of these charges.

Returns and Replacements

Unwanted items may be returned for a refund subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Returns must be made within 28 days of receipt.
- Goods must be in their original packaging, undamaged and in an unused condition.
- Goods must be returned at customer's expense.
- Refunds do not include P&P. Fulfilment costs will also be deducted from the refund if a special discount or free P&P was applied to the order.
- We reserve the right not to refund any items received back in a non-resaleable condition. Such items may be returned at the customer's expense if requested.
- Goods ordered for resale or business use, but subsequently returned will be refunded less a 20% handling charge (minimum £10).

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Please note that UK and EU customers may exercise their rights under the UK Distance Selling Regulations to return any order for a full refund including any P&P originally charged if the entire order is returned within 14 days of receipt. Please note that return postage is still the customer's responsibility.

In the event of a faulty item, different return conditions may apply. Please ensure all packaging is retained as this may need to be examined by the courier.
